Yuhuai has over 16 years of experience in the automotive industry. At Changan Ford, he oversees China’s northern regional sales, leading large, cross-functional teams across 130 dealerships. He also manages dealer systems profitability, dealer chain competition, operational efficiencies and brand management.

Yuhuai’s keen business acumen and hands-on leadership style has earned him several industry accolades, such as being named “Beijing Area Leader” by Beijing Evening News.

Yuhuai holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, and has also obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Chongqing University.
